The automatic suction cup vacuum lifter is used for unloading, transporting, hoisting and laying glass in workshops. Automatic control is achievable to ensure the safety of the operator in shop and on site. This glass lifter consists of overhead crane (travelling track), pneumatic system, vacuum system and electrical control system.
The machine frame is welded by quality steel profiles with anti-rust paint finish. The suction cups are suspended on high-strength aluminum profiles.
The lifting of suction cups is designed with spring buffer. Vacuum pressure is controlled by the high-precision vacuum instrument and displayed on the digital readout.
